Early Reading and Phonics
Our school has chosen ‘Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised’ as our systematic, synthetic phonics (SSP) programme to teach early reading and spelling. The Little Wandle programme is predominantly used in school with children from Nursery to Year 2, with provision for children who need extra support with reading in KS2.
